The Rothman Brecher Agency, a literary agency based in Beverly Hills,
is looking to fill an open assistant position to a literary agent /
partner in the scripted TV division. Ideal candidates must have at
least 2 years similar experience at an agency, studio, active
production company or network. Duties include rolling calls,
scheduling appointments, filing, faxing, creating booking slips,
tracking client payments and office administrative work. The candidate
must be extremely personable and energetic, while being a self-starter
and problem solver. Strong experience with Macintosh computer systems
preferred and the candidate should feel comfortable with industry
standard software, including; Microsoft Word and Excel, Filemaker Pro,
Final Draft, and Adobe Acrobat. This job might include, from time to

Boutique reality and scripted production company seeks rock star
assistant to the two executive producers/owners of the company. But
this is way more than just an assistant gig - beyond the typical day
to day duties (answering a multi-phone line system, transferring,
conferencing, rolling calls, setting schedule, personal errands as
needed etc.) the ideal candidate will posses strong writing skills,
and an interest and passion for reality programming as well as
scripted development. The best candidates will also posses excellent
problem solving and time management skills, the ability to multitask,
and is a fast and eager learner. This is an opportunity for you to use
your skills as both an assistant and creative person to really

plus. Salary is contingent upon experience.

Major plus if you have knowledge of Avid and final cut pro, camera and
