Duties will include:

Phones/rolling calls
Schedule and arrange meetings/calls
File/maintain documents
Handle travel arrangements
Assist in professional and personal tasks
Prepare documents for meetings/pitches
Manage/update task list
Liaison with all departments within the company (Act as an office manager)
Coordinate schedules

1+ years as an executive assistant is a plus (Agency experience is a plus)
Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)
Exceptionally organized
Must be computer savvy (PC and Mac knowledge is a plus)
Skilled in the Microsoft Office programs (Powerpoint and Outlook)
Detail oriented
Follows through on all projects
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritize/handle multiple tasks with flexibility in a fast-paced work environment

We are actively looking for a very capable, bright NYC based personal assistant to support dynamic musician. The position involves both personal and day-to-day administrative responsibilities from household management (cable, electric, maintenance and repair services), to daily errands (groceries, etc) and dog care (walking, feeding and training). The administrative duties include appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, calendars and working with management for certain artist related needs (side-projects, dealing with other artists, scheduling).

The applicant must be professional, extremely resourceful, well-organized and has some prior music industry and/or PA experience. We desire somebody who can think two steps ahead and is able to juggle multiple priorities calmly, follow-up on details until a project is complete and also work efficiently during down time.

4-5 days/week. Pay is to be discussed.
