Radical Studios, a leading transmedia company located in Hollywood, CA
is looking to hire a Director of eCommerce to manage, build, and grow
our direct to consumer digital merchandising and marketing business.
The Director of eCommerce Site will report directly to the Chief
Marketing Officer and will be a key contributor on the Radical Studios
marketing and sales team.

Responsibilities:
Manage the company’s business and P&L
Develop and manage merchandising strategies for pre/post customer visits
Analyze customer traffic using Google Analytics
Develop and manage SEO, SEM, social media, and e-mail marketing programs
Establish and manage affiliate merchandizing partners and programs
Develop effective internal relationships with inventory
planning/management, creative and sales teams

Experience and Desired Skills:
Understanding of Internet applications (Flash, HTML5, PHP, JAVA, Word Press)
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Programs, Visio, and Project or Google Docs
Minimum of 3 years relevant ecommerce work experience
Minimum of 1 years experience directly managing inventory and cost controls
Minimum of 1 years experience working with warehouse/fulfillment partners
Minimum of 1 years experience managing employees
Demonstrated ability to transform key learning into profitable results
Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and time management skills

Education:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business
MBA a plus
