"The Committed Generation" Tuesday, Nov 30

Filmmakers Carolina Rivera and Nando Grancelli will be on campus Tuesday, Nov. 30th to screen and discuss their documentary Manlio Argueta: Poets and Volcanoes profiling El Salvadoran poet and revolutionary Manilo Argueta and his contemporaries--a cohort of artist/activists who have come to be known as "The Committed Generation" The screening is in J-200 (11:30-1) with a small reception after the event in the Keck Language and Culture Studio.
