Book-to-Screen Coordinator for Publishing and Production Company
Job Description:
Book-to-Screen Coordinator will be overseeing all aspects of major publishing
company’s efforts exploring books in their library for possible adaptation into feature
films and/or television series. Position will act as go-between with the publishing
company and our Hollywood producing partner. Responsibilities will include assigning
books to be read and covered by freelancers, data entry, proofreading, maintaining
deadlines, assigning projects to screenwriters, process incoming orders, etc. Must be able
to stay extremely organized, multi-task and have a positive upbeat attitude. This is a
temporary position that very well could turn perm.

Job Requirements:
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Word & Excel
• Strong data entry skills, min of 45 WPM
• Entertainment industry/development experience a plus
• Must have a positive & energetic attitude
• Clean criminal background
• Min of HS Diploma, some college preferred
• Previous office experience required
• Must be able to multi-task and be organized
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work well w/ others
• Strong communication, interpersonal & computer skills are required.

Starting pay is $14/hr or $29,120 annually.
