Videographers Needed

Since January, the L.A. Gay and Lesbian Center’s Vote For Equality team has been working to win marriage back by having face-to-face conversations with unsupportive voters in Los Angeles County. We’ve already had over 3,000 conversations and we know we can win in Los Angeles County by changing the hearts and minds of thousands of voters, by having persuasive conversations and by telling our personal stories. But we need to recruit and train more volunteers.
Capturing our conversations with voters on video will be key in our training and recruitment efforts. We already have a number of great conversations on tape, but we really need your help to meet our goal to capture more video.
We need videographers to come to our canvasses and film our canvassers going door-to-door. You will receive a full training ahead of time on how to best capture conversations at the door. It's a unique and important way you can use your skills to contribute to the movement.
Our next is this Sunday, July 26th from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and our subsequent dates are Saturday, August 15th and Saturday, August 29th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
For more information, contact Toph Allen at, or call 213-448-4152.
